Most orders are MADE TO ORDER. Please
allow 1-7* business days production time. 

All orders ship from Bali, Indonesia with EMS.

We are not held responsible for delays in shipping
or custom holdings, tax & duties etc.

Please ensure someone is home to sign for your package, 
otherwise the courier may leave a notice to pick up from the
nearest postal office. Please write a note if you
wish for the item to be left at your home unsigned for,
& we will write a note for you.
However, this is out of our hands & up to the postal service.

We always try our best to avoid these charges for
our customers,  though you will be held responsible if you
are charged any duties/taxes. 
This is out of our control, & is according to the countries rules
& regulations.

NO RETURNS ON SALE/SAMPLE ITEMS, in no circumstance will
we accept any form of return, no matter what the case.
All sale items are final.
ONO JEWELRY has a strict, 7 day policy (from date of receiving goods) for returns.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns unless a manufacturing fault
is present.
IF agreed to, a exchange, replacement or credit note will be offered.
NO REFUNDS, cancellations or exchanges/credit notes for change of mind, sale items,
orders with promotional codes/discount codes or free shipping.
A refund will only be offered IF AGREED by the manufacturer that the item is faulty &
We do not offer refunds unless an item is approved faulty by the Manufacturer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you
received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you wish to send an item back, for any reason, you are expected to pay full postage
expenses. Gift Vouchers/Gift cards are non-returnable.
*If a breakage occurs & we are not notified within the strict policy terms, then we will not refund shipping.

If you believe your item is faulty, we expect a photo of the apparent fault & details to be
sent via email to ono.enquiries@gmail.com, within the 7 day policy.
This will become a investigation with the manufacturer.

Please be considerate & email us directly, rather then posting on social media sites.

Please note all gemstones/crystals are a natural product, & no piece is ever the same
in colour, size or clarity. The piece of jewelry you receive, may vary from the image
shown on the website. Please be gentle with all items, as they are very delicate.

Avoid contact with hard surfaces, product snagging clothing and gemstones should
not have contact with any hot liquids.
We are not held responsible for any other breakages & we would like to remind you
to always take care & be mindful of jewelry becoming caught in clothing or hitting
hard surfaces. Breakages from normal wear may occur, this is not a manufacturing fault.

Our gold plating is a fine 18k gold plating, followed by a coating process
that produces a brilliant decorative and functional finish. 
The coating process advantages are longer wear, corrosion resistant & durability.
Please note 
that plating wears gradually, avoid all contact with liquids
& store in a dry 
cloth/box for longer plating life.

We are not held responsible for postal damage and/or wrong postal address.
Please double check your PayPal address and/or email us immediately with preferred
address & we can fix it up for you.

In the case that a item breaks during shipment, we are happy to replace it, only
if shipping is paid by the Customer. 
No postal costs will be refunded.

Please refer to our ring size guide, for measurements. If your ring size is not available,
email it to us after your purchase. We will make it to the size you choose!
We are not held responsible for choosing a wrong size, there is measurements to ensure
you choose the correct size.
All adjustable rings will have an estimation in the description of sizes the ring should fit.
If it does not fit, unfortunately we do not exchange adjustable sizes.

Our sterling silver chain is imported from Italy, this is the strongest & best quality chain.

In the case, that we are notified when a order may be fraudulent, we reserve the right to ask
for identification to prove your identity.
